Yes. We operate on month-to-month terms with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

No. Your monthly plan covers our management fees and services. Ad spend budgets (what you actually spend on Google or Facebook to show ads) are billed directly by those platforms to your account. We help you set the right budget, manage the campaigns, and optimize performance — but the ad spend itself is separate from our management fee.

After signing up, we schedule a discovery call (typically 45–60 minutes) to understand your business, goals, audience, and existing marketing setup.
