Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Myissues Marketing Inc. ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Services Provided

Myissues Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: email marketing, SMS marketing, social media management, digital advertising, SEO, AI automation, video marketing, and marketing strategy consulting. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or package confirmations.

3. Payment Terms

  • All packages are billed monthly in advance on the subscription anniversary date.
  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice to active clients.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their subscription with 30 days written notice.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial-month refunds are issued upon cancellation unless described in Section 5.
  • Notice must be submitted in writing to info@myissuesmarketing.com.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary: refunds are not issued for services already rendered. If we fail to deliver services as agreed, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit toward future services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information and timely feedback on deliverables
  • Ensuring all marketing lists provided comply with CASL and applicable spam laws
  • Providing necessary access to accounts, platforms, and assets required for service delivery
  • Not using our services for any illegal, deceptive, or spam-related activities

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final marketing assets, copy, and content produced specifically for them. Myissues Marketing retains rights to underlying frameworks, templates, processes, and tools used in service delivery. We reserve the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Myissues Marketing provides marketing services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as sales volume, follower counts, or ad performance metrics, as these depend on market factors outside our control. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary business information shared during the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
